Customer service is of utmost importance to us at attic.  Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority

Returns

Whilst we hope that you are happy with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items; we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within 7 days of receiving the goods. attic will not accept returns for refunds on any items that have been worn, washed, used or tags removed. There is no refund or return on sale goods. Please note that attic cannot refund any postage charges for returns. attic cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.

Exchange

In the event of an exchange being requested items are subject to availability and the customer will incur and delivery charges for returning & reposting. All enquiries to be made to the shop on 01943 607607 or by email sales@atticlifestyle.co.uk
How to proceed with your return or exchange

  1. Please email or telephone us to advise that you wish to make a return
  2. Follow the instructions, which will have arrived with your delivery. Detach the bottom half of your returns claim form and fill in the necessary information
  3. Securely wrap and package the goods with the completed form and receipt and sent to attic 9b Leeds Road, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29 8DH

Receiving a Refund

Once your package has been returned to us within the requested timeframe we will begin to process your refund/exchange. You will be notified by email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has been placed.

Gift Returns

If someone has sent you a lovely gift from attic and it isn’t quite right then you can exchange it for a credit note to spend in the shop. Just drop us a line on 01943 607607 or email us at sales@atticlifestyle.co.uk
